We designed it specifically for families navigating ADHD and related attention challenges, where big tasks can feel overwhelming and traditional to-do lists rarely stick. Instead of nagging or shame, FocusQuest uses gentle encouragement, small winnable steps, and a friendly buddy character to help children build confidence and momentum one mission at a time.
Who it is for
FocusQuest is built for two audiences working together. For kids, it offers a colorful, low-text Kid Mode with large buttons, visual timers, mood check-ins, and a reward shop that celebrates effort rather than perfection. For parents and caregivers, it provides a calm dashboard to plan routines, track assignments, monitor progress, and access evidence-informed strategies and an AI parent coach. Whether your child struggles with morning routines, homework focus, emotional regulation, or transitions between activities, FocusQuest adapts to your family's unique schedule and needs.
